About us
Center for International Programs (CIP) is a unit of University of Economics - Law, City National University. Ho Chi Minh. Established under Decision No. 600 / QD-DHKTL dated December 1, 2012 of the Rector of University of Economics - Law. The Center has always pursued the goal of building, organizing and managing undergraduate and graduate training programs taught in English according to international standards, and recognized by foreign partners.
The International Training Center provides students with a dynamic learning environment, modern teaching and learning methods, and equips students with the skills they need to be responsive and confident to grasp the skills. career opportunities in a professional international environment as well as having the capacity to continue further study at foreign universities. In addition to the teaching staff of the University of Economics and Law, which are increasingly improving in terms of expertise as well as teaching experience in international programs, the Center also focuses on building a team of lecturers. Visiting lecturers include professors and PhDs who are well-trained in foreign countries and are currently working at large and reputable universities and research institutes at home and abroad.

MISSION
To develop and effectively operate joint training projects with foreign universities and educational institutions in order to meet the demand for acquiring internationally recognized qualifications of Vietnamese people.
To operate joint training programs which are based on internationally standardized curricula for bachelor, master and doctoral levels. This is to improve the quality of training and to attract international students to study in Vietnam.
To develop high- quality training programs and projects so as to contribute to the formation of new training majors while at the same time, elevate the expertise of the school’s staff and lecturers.
Develop close relationships with faculties, departments, and other departments within the school to support activities related to international cooperation.
To promote research, training and scientific services for domestic as well as foreign organizations.
Perform others tasks assigned by the Rector in accordance with the functions and responsibilities of CIP.
FUNCTION
To operate and manage training programs which involve international affairs, including Bachelor programs taught in English with degree awarded by UEL, joint training projects with degree awarded by the universities of other countries, and short-term broad training programs such as Academic English, college preparatory and postgraduate programs
To research and apply business science, such as seeking international research funds, cooperating with many universities and international organizations to implement research projects, and carry out scientific research activities in the field of business for domestic as well as foreign enterprises and organizations.
Providing consultancy services to support Vietnamese students in preparing for studying abroad and support international students studying at University of Economics and Law.
